We are currently seeking a passionate and self-motivated Level Designer to join our talented and creative team to help us build engaging environments for our projects.


  • Craft visually stunning and engaging 3D environments that tell a compelling story and enhance the overall gameplay experience

  • Collaborate closely with other team members, including designers, programmers, and artists to ensure the art assets meet both creative and technical requirements

  • Build the trickiest arenas based on rough sketches and hand-waving from the creative director

  • Master game-specific tools and work with the engineers to build better ones for faster iteration

  • Craft within performance and density constraints, understanding lines-of-sight, gameplay metrics, and artistic vision


  • Designed levels in a video game we can review, preferably in Unreal

  • Broad knowledge of current action and open-world games

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a willingness to work closely with other departments

  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a dedication to delivering high-quality work, even when working independently

  • A solid grasp of fundamental art principles, including form, scale, composition, the effective distribution of detail and a keen eye for cinematic lighting and shading
