LEVEL DESIGNER

We are currently seeking a passionate and self-motivated Level Designer to join our talented and creative team to help us build engaging environments for our projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Craft visually stunning and engaging 3D environments that tell a compelling story and enhance the overall gameplay experience

Collaborate closely with other team members, including designers, programmers, and artists to ensure the art assets meet both creative and technical requirements

Build the trickiest arenas based on rough sketches and hand-waving from the creative director

Master game-specific tools and work with the engineers to build better ones for faster iteration

Craft within performance and density constraints, understanding lines-of-sight, gameplay metrics, and artistic vision
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

Designed levels in a video game we can review, preferably in Unreal

Broad knowledge of current action and open-world games

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a willingness to work closely with other departments

A proactive approach to problem-solving and a dedication to delivering high-quality work, even when working independently

A solid grasp of fundamental art principles, including form, scale, composition, the effective distribution of detail and a keen eye for cinematic lighting and shading
